TPMMuckraker | Talking Points Memo | Jindal Admits Katrina Story Was False
Apparently, Jindal's story about Katrina was not true. "The central anecdote of the GOP's prime-time response to President Obama's speech, intended to illustrate the threat of excessive government regulation, turns out to have been made up."

The Daily Dish | By Andrew Sullivan (February 27, 2009) – The Un-Rove
Andrew Sullivan's view of what Obama has accomplished with his political strategy. "Smart, isn't he? He won the stimulus debate long before the Republicans realized it (they were busy doing tap-dances of victory on talk radio, while he was building a new coalition without them)."

CSS Optimization Tips – Optimizing Style Sheets – CSS Optimization Tutorial
Good ways to optimize your CSS. I have become fairly good at this, though there are some older stylesheets that I manage that are, sadly, far too messy to be fixed and simply need to be rewritten.

Romans 13:4 and irony « An Absolution Revolution – oraculum seditionis
Wise look at Romans 13:4 in its proper context. Also, it is great to see someone else point out that most people who quote Romans 13:4 do so in defense of a country created by Deists who did not submit to British authorities that were way less oppressive than Paul's Roman authorities.

adaptive path » blog » Henning Fischer » Designing on Purpose: An Interview with David Butler, VP of Design at Coca-Cola
Good thoughts from VP of Design at Coke. "Strangely enough, I never use the word design or usability or phrases that we are used to as designers. I really try to communicate in terms of the people we are talking to inside the organization. A simple way of talking about the way the thing work versus the way things look."
